Cancellations and Refunds

All Cancellations are subject to a 30% administration fee.

Cancellations made 2 weeks in advance or more of a course or workshop start date will receive a full refund minus the 30% admin fee noted above.

Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance but more than 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are credit refunds only.

Any class cancellation at any time may be refunded IN FULL for a credit note.

Illness:

f you or your child are registered for a class and have active symptoms such as fever or cough, please stay home and reach out to us.

What to wear:

Our rule of thumb at the Craft Club is “dress for mess”. Generally speaking we will get messy and will get paint on our clothes so don’t come in your favourite jeans and sweater!

During the winter months, we strongly encourage everyone to bring a pair of indoor shoes. we have a coat room for storing your coat and boots while you are here!

Rent our Space!

Whether its for a private party, or to teach a class or workshop, we have an awesome and bright open studio that is perfect for many types of events!

Rates are $50/hour, $400/full day and $700 for a weekend. A sliding scale is available for non-profit rentals. Please reach out to us! Included in your rental fee is access to our tables and chairs, video projector and screen, use of our kettle and coffee maker and a Sonos speaker system.
