Join local quilter Jackie and learn how to sew your own beautiful quilt!
In this 8 week course, you will make colouring page-inspired appliqué blocks with the “quilt as you go” technique to complete a one-of-a-kind quilt. Participants should have their own sewing machine that they know how to use as this course does require a bit of “homework”. The craft club does have machines to lend for those who know how to use a machine and are available to join our Monday evening Stitch Club to work on their quilts!
The price of this course does not include materials. Participants will be able to choose their own designs and will be responsible for providing the fabric of their choice. In the first class of the series, participants will work on design and colour to inform their fabric choices.
